Melrose Assisted Living

Some waivers and assistance programs are available in Indiana that may help offset costs. For more detailed information about these options, please contact our office directly.

Melrose Assisted Living maintains a non-smoking policy throughout our community.

At Melrose Assisted Living, we permit cats and service dogs only.

Prospective residents must be 55 years of age or older. Additionally, residents should require less than 24 hours of comprehensive care per day.

Assisted living communities provide support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while promoting resident independence. Nursing homes, on the other hand, offer more extensive medical care and continuous supervision for individuals with serious health conditions or disabilities requiring round-the-clock assistance and monitoring.

We encourage residents to bring personal belongings to make their living space feel like home. This may include furniture, decorations, bedding, and other comfort items.

Participation in our social programs is entirely voluntary for all residents.

Residents are permitted to have cars on the premises. For those without a vehicle or driving privileges, we offer transportation services.
